James was great. I purchased a watch band a few years back that kept coming off, because it wasn’t the right fit. James took extra time fashioning a pin that would hold securely. Not a big money maker, but it didn’t matter. He’s all about customer service and quality.

I've passed this "little secret" a thousand times! I finally stopped in on my way to emissions for a watch battery. SO glad I did! Not only do they have GORGEOUS, UNIQUE pieces of jewelry (that really is artwork), they have a PROFESSIONAL GOLDSMITH! Life is about each one teaching another one. I learned about watch batteries (yes...not one-size-fits-all) and gaskets! And with teaching came a dose of old-fashioned customer service topped with a smile and sealed with a handshake! I visited Annapolis Jewelers and Precious Metals on yesterday and had a wonderful experience with the owner James Burick and the salesperson.  The store has marvelous jewels, precious stones.  I recommend visiting thir store highly.  You wont be disappointed.

I went in again to have my grandmothers necklace fixed. James fixed my necklace right there for me. Took a few min very quick and very nice job done. I also purchased a amber pendant that was very beautiful. I always enjoy this spot very polite quick service! The jewlery is not over priced and very beautiful! One of a kind pieces you will find here!! Love this hidden jem of a spot for all my jewlery needs.

The tension setting of my ring had come loose and I wasn't sure how or if it could be fixed. Annapolis Jewelers was recommended by a friend, so I took the ring in, hoping that it could be repaired, at a fair price. Not only was it finished in less than 24 hours, the cost of the repair was extremely reasonable. I am so happy with their service and will definitely be going back soon!

They are great. Used them twice so far. A hard to find watch band. And a silver dolphin bracelet that the hinge broke.  There could fix it when know one else would even try.
